Having successfully completed and sold both Bagbie Forge cottages we added a detached house to this attractive development. The property has plenty of garden space and a view of the sea captured at its best from the Juliet balcony in the master bedroom.
Bespoke family home
This was a unique project made so by its hillside location to the west of Kirkcudbright golf course. The challenge of the site was to cope with the contours of the land whilst creating a convenient single floored dwelling with self-contained ground floor. The mezzanine floor over the living room provided an area to relax whilst contemplating the glorious views across the rooftops to the river Dee.
